Beaumont Archives aims to describe all items accurately, including condition, edition, completeness and any notable defects.

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in the same condition as supplied. Buyers should contact Beaumont Archives before returning any item.

The buyer is normally responsible for return postage unless the item has been materially misdescribed or supplied in error. Returned items should be packed securely and sent using an appropriate tracked or insured service.

Due to the nature of antiquarian books, maps, archive material and historical objects, buyers are encouraged to review descriptions and photographs carefully before purchase. Condition issues visible in photographs or stated in the catalogue description are considered part of the item's described condition.

Refunds will normally be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
